Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in training and development, with expertise in Amazon's Learning Management System.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create targeted solutions.

Design and deliver engaging training sessions using Amazon's Learning Management System.

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
