Java Full Stack Engineer

About Us

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications
• Build robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot Develop intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces using ReactJS (preferred)
• Guide and mentor junior developers Work with AI Agents and integrate intelligent automation into the product stack (knowledge or hands-on experience preferred)
• Own technical decisions and architecture choices to support scalability and performance

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot)
• Experience with frontend technologies such as ReactJS (preferred) or other modern JS frameworks Exposure to or interest in working with AI Agents, LLMs, or intelligent automation platforms
• Ability to take ownership, lead a team, and drive solutions from concept to delivery Strong problem-solving skills and a startup mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Startup experience or a passion for building, learning, and pushing tech boundaries.
