1 Experience with Java development and its core concepts

2 Comfort working in high-security / high-compliance environments.

3 Experience with integration with middleware servers / MQ servers

4 Experience working in Agile Projects

5 Fluency in any of the frameworks in Java (EJB / SOAP ,Rest/Springboot)

6 [Additional requirement for first two developers to be onboarded] Need to be able to pave the path, i.e. need to be able to independently drive the first migrations.

7 [Additional requirement for first two developers to be onboarded] Need to be able to make design/implementation related decisions grounded in best practices.

8 [Additional requirement for first two developers to be onboarded] Need to be senior enough to take a mentoring role within the development team and guide the less senior resources in the migration work.

9 [Additional requirement for first two developers to be onboarded] Need to be able to document the whats and whys in a migration cook book for others to follow.
