Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 8+ years of Full Stack Developer hands on experience. [Must]
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with back end frameworks such as Spring Boot.[Must] - Experience in AWS environments and a strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerization. [Must] - Good understanding of SQL Server and RDS service, with strong SQL skills. [Must] - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. [Must] - A knack for bench marking and optimization, with familiarity in code versioning tools such as Git. [Must] - Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, designers, and platform teams. [Must] - AI fundamentals awareness including Machine learning, deep learning, Natural Language processing, data processing, model evaluation & tuning, AI Libraries and tools.[Must] - AI tooling like GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Agentic AI. [Must] - Understanding of UX principles and ability to create intuitive user interfaces.[Good to have] - UI development with proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React.jsr. [Good to have] - Experience with AG Grid and Web pack Federation for micro-UI architecture. [Good to have] - Proficiency in UI state management systems like Redux or pub-sub. [Good to have]
