Job Summary We are looking for a Java Frontend/ Backend / Full Stack Trainer with 8+ Yrs of experience to deliver high-quality training sessions to students professionals and corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java (Core & Advanced), Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, Frontend (React/Angular) and DevOps tools. The trainer should be passionate about teaching mentoring and helping learners become proficient full-stack developers. Key Responsibilities Conduct Java Frontend/ Backend/Full Stack training sessions (online/in-person) for beginners intermediates and advanced learners. Deliver training on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, REST APIs and Database Technologies. Teach Frontend Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js / Angular. Guide students in integrating backend and frontend technologies for full-stack development. Provide hands-on coding exercises real-time projects case studies and assessments. Assist learners in understanding CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS/Azure and deployment strategies. Stay updated with the latest Java Full Stack trends tools and best practices. Mentor students in project development code optimization and problem-solving skills. Customize training content based on audience needs (corporate clients students working professionals). Conduct mock interviews resume-building sessions and career guidance for aspiring developers. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8+, OOP Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling. Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA, RESTful APIs and Microservices. Proficiency in Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js / Angular. Experience with Database Technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase. Familiarity with Version Control (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and build tools (Maven, Gradle). Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS and CI/CD pipeline setup is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) is beneficial. Strong communication presentation and mentoring skills. Prior experience in teaching, training or mentoring is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, IT or a related field. Java Full Stack certifications (OCJP, Spring Certified AWS Certified Developer) are a plus.
