As a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience in the relevant field, you will be responsible for leading multidimensional projects involving multiple teams and collaborating with other software engineers to implement design best practices. Your role will involve resolving complex engineering problems, facilitating troubleshooting, and engaging in root cause analysis when necessary. Additionally, you will be creating, evaluating, and contributing to detailed feature designs and developing software utilizing an agile project cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and collaborate with multiple teams on multidimensional projects - Conduct code reviews and ensure design best practices are followed - Resolve complex engineering problems by collaborating with others - Facilitate cross-functional troubleshooting and root cause analysis - Create, evaluate, and contribute to feature detailed designs - Develop software using an agile project cycle - Mentor team members and enhance technical knowledge across various domains - Demonstrate expertise in information technology concepts, issues, trends, and best practices related to Cloud technologies and system integrations - Apply secure coding practices and fundamentals to ensure system security Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Java (v11+) with expertise in object-oriented programming, concurrency, and performance optimization - Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Ecosystem - Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes - Experience with RESTful architecture, microservices development, API design, security, and scalability best practices - Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and writing efficient SQL queries - Familiarity with cloud-based services like AWS, GCP, or Azure and serverless computing - Experience with CI/CD methodologies and automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) - Understanding of messaging and event-driven architectures, knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus - Experience integrating with financial systems like Anaplan or Oracle Financials - Problem-solving skills focusing on clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, preferably in enterprise or high-scale environments - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience As a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience in the relevant field, you will be responsible for leading multidimensional projects involving multiple teams and collaborating with other software engineers to implement design best practices.
