Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java development, system design, and scalable architecture, and be capable of leading complex projects. Candidates with aspirations to work in the U.S. are welcome H1B sponsorship is available. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams Build scalable and high-performance systems using modern Java frameworks Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern architectures Key Skills & Technologies: Core Java, Java 8+ Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA Microservices architecture & REST APIs Design patterns, multithreading, and performance optimization CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes) Database experience: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred Agile/Scrum methodologies Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Benefits: Competitive salary and performance bonuses Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid options) H1B visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates Health insurance and wellness benefits Learning and development budget Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies
