Java Full Stack Developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust Java-based applications using

  Java EE platforms

• Build scalable web applications using frameworks like

  Spring (MVC/Boot), Hibernate, JSF

• Implement RESTful web services and collaborate in full software development lifecycle
• Optimize performance using

  multi-threading, memory management, and transaction management

• Write clean, reusable code and focus on continuous process improvement
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Ensure high availability and scalability of applications in a production environment
• Participate in Agile development practices and DevOps initiatives
• Support system enhancements and proactively suggest improvements

Technical Skillset Required:

• Java (Core/Advanced), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate

• Experience with

  JPA2, JSF, and REST Web Services

• Solid knowledge of

  Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, and Garbage Collection

• Strong expertise in

  Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL)

  and ORM technologies
• Exposure to

  front-end technologies

  (Angular preferred)
• Experience working in

  Healthcare domain

  is

  mandatory

• Good understanding of

  Agile methodologies

  and exposure to

  DevOps tools

  is a plus
