Profile: Java backend (Springboot) Instructor Location: Chandigarh (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiner (Candidates who can join within a week will be preferred) Important Note: This is a Teaching Role. About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Backend Instructor with strong expertise in Spring Boot to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh . If you love mentoring aspiring developers, sharing real-world knowledge, and shaping careers, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and high-quality Java backend training sessions using Spring Boot and related technologies. Design, structure, and continuously improve course curriculum, projects, and assessments. Mentor students through problem-solving, debugging, and technical challenges. Stay updated with current industry trends and tools to ensure the training content remains cutting-edge. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to students. Support in organizing workshops, hackathons, and placement-oriented modules. Requirements: Strong experience in Java backend development with Spring Boot . Hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Maven/Gradle . Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and Git is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience of 02 - 03 years is required.
