Java backend expert

Position for Java backend expert / tech lead (Java, spring, hibernate, oracle sql, JEE, microservice, Liquibase etc). is required to work on ADM assignments i.e. development, maintenance, unit testing and contribute in regression testing. He/she would need to contribute in proposing backend designs, perform design review, and present to technical architecture and technical lead community, and implement solution in MyCreditApp. He/she would need to mentor the team in on java backend technologies, take knowledge sharing session, do peer programming and help team to improve their skills.

Responsibilities

# Study user requirement, develop specifications, design, code program, test and implement systems in line with Group standards and regulatory requirements IN ORDER TO meet user (business) requirements.

# Adapt to current architecture and development of backend with latest technical stack

# Coaching & Mentoring, Peer programming

# Follow all the best practices and quality process of the project.

# Contribute in stringent code reviews and maintaining the quality of the application.

# Handle development/design projects using core Java, Oracle, Spring, Hibernate, Web services (REST), DevOps tools (Jenkins) , Build Tool (Maven)

# Ensure thorough Unit test case coverage (Junit)

# Perform Estimation and Planning and Proactive Status reporting to the management at both Paris/India and ISPL ends

# Contribute to hiring by conducting technical interviews in ISPL
