As part of our Guest Experience Solutions development team, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable SAAS products. You will follow the SDLC process, lead a team of developers, and deliver high-quality releases using Agile Scrum methodologies.This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, QA analysts, and other engineers to ensure our features and products meet business needs efficiently and effectively.What You Will Do:Design, develop, and implement scalable SAAS applications using Java (J2SE, JAX-WS, JPA, and related technologies).Drive product development from concept to launch with a focus on performance and reliability.Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA automation engineers in a collaborative environment.Design and manage new and existing database schemas, and write optimized SQL queries for API integration.Develop and maintain Java-based applications, including Spring Boot and Tomcat-based web apps.Design and implement REST APIs to support downstream components and services.Work closely with front-end teams for seamless UI/API integration.Enforce best coding practices through regular code reviews and testing.Participate actively in the Agile development lifecycle – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.What You Bring to the Table:Essential Skills:Proven experience in Java/J2SE application/product development.Proficiency in SQL with experience in relational databases like MySQL, Google Spanner, etc.Strong command over Java technologies: JAX-WS, JPA, Web Services, REST API development.In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and modern development best practices.Strong independent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Expertise in building scalable applications, understanding both horizontal and vertical scaling techniques.Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends and evolving technologies.Nice to Have:Experience with Google Cloud Platform technologies including BigQuery, CloudSQL, gRPC, and Kubernetes.Familiarity with modern web technologies and standards – HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, etc.Apply : vazeem@vectroconsulting.com or manju@vectroconsulting.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹260,533.32 per year Location Type: In-person Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 09894862063
