Java Backend Developer

As a Java Backend Developer specializing in Spring Boot and microservices, the primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance backend applications. The role involves building RESTful APIs, implementing microservices architecture, and ensuring seamless integration with databases using JPA/Hibernate for data persistence. Developers are expected to work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, handle inter-service communication (often via Kafka or RabbitMQ), and ensure secure authentication and authorization using Spring Security with JWT or OAuth2. Writing unit and integration tests using tools like JUnit and Mockito is essential for maintaining code quality. Additionally, developers contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications using Docker, and deploy them using Kubernetes or similar platforms. Logging and monitoring are handled through tools like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana to ensure system reliability.
