You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.Your future duties and responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production/application support for Java-based applications.
• Analyze application logs using Log4j, Splunk to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Debug application issues and collaborate with development teams.
• Execute SQL/Oracle queries for data validation and issue analysis.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud-based environments.
• Monitor applications and batch jobs using job scheduling tools.
• Ensure application availability, performance, and SLA adherence.
• Participate in shift and weekend support rotations.
  

Required Skills

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Strong proficiency in Java, SQL/Oracle, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience in Java production/application support (L2).
• Good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
• Experience with log monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
