Job Description

Your future duties and responsibilities

Provide Level 2 production/application support for Java-based applications.
Analyze application logs using Log4j, Splunk to identify and resolve issues. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. Debug application issues and collaborate with development teams. Execute SQL/Oracle queries for data validation and issue analysis. Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud-based environments. Monitor applications and batch jobs using job scheduling tools. Ensure application availability, performance, and SLA adherence. Participate in shift and weekend support rotations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Java, SQL/Oracle, and Angular. Hands-on experience in Java production/application support (L2). Good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud environments. Experience with log monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good to Have Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain. Exposure to microservices and Linux/Unix environments.
