Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in IVR/Dialog Workflow to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in this field and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement IVR/Dialog workflows to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for IVR/Dialog workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IVR/Dialog workflows.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IVR/Dialog workflow principles and technologies.
Experience with designing and developing complex IVR/Dialog flows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
