Who We Are

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for open IT roles across various domains (e.g., software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, UX, program management).
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and functional leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Proactively build and manage pipelines of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders through data-driven reporting and dashboards.
• Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief coordination in collaboration with the recruiting operations team.
• Drive the offer management process, including compensation recommendations, negotiation, and closing.
• Ensure all data is accurately captured and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support compliance and background verification requirements in alignment with local and global policies.
• Collaborate with sourcing and operations team members to manage capacity, identify gaps, and scale support during surges.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and corporate environments.
• Proven track record of hiring across IT functions (e.g., DevOps, infrastructure, application development, data & analytics, cybersecurity).
• Experience working in a global organization with high-volume recruitment requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and applicant tracking systems (BrassRing preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
