Associate Product Specialist

As a member of Data & Analytics team you will be reporting to the Digital Collaboration portfolio We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate who will assist in gathering requirements, shaping dashboards, analyzing data trends, and managing stakeholder relationships Role will require to work across multiple squads and engage different stakeholders to provide insights for data driven decision making on wide range of use cases The ideal candidate will ensure that our Data & Analytics team align to the business objectives and supports key initiatives for the squads and portfolios Role will need to leverage latest technology and best practices to deliver results, agility, efficiency and quality for data and visualization requirements Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze dashboard data to identify trends and insights Report on analysis findings for stakeholders, highlighting the impact on their projects 2. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are captured Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle 3. General Duties: Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and prioritization Stay updated with best practices in data analytics and product management What Youll Bring Completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Good SQL & data warehouse skills (comfortable with writing SQL codes, nested queries, creating table/views) Ability to work with large data sets both structured and unstructured data Please note this position is not restricted solely to the responsibilities listed above and that the job scope and responsibilities are subject to change Who Youll Work With As a member of Data & Analytics Squad, you will work in the Digital Collaboration Portfolio. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders globally to understand the business context & product requirements, while delivering analytics solutions that generate actionable Insights for our stakeholders.
