Job Description

As an Associate Product Specialist at Mastercard, you will play a key role in the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team within the Services department. Your focus will be on developing and enhancing data-driven marketing products to accelerate clients" marketing performance and business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design and execution of A/B tests, campaign analytics, and test-control methodologies. - Perform in-depth analysis on customer journeys, marketing funnels, and portfolio performance. - Develop predictive models to guide segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies. - Provide thought leadership in marketing measurement and performance optimization. - Translate insights into tangible business impact through clear storytelling and engaging stakeholders. **Basic Qualifications:** - Hold an undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of analytical experience in consulting, analytics, or data science, with a focus on marketing analytics. - Proficient in tools like SQL, Python, R, or SAS. - Strong foundation in A/B testing, test-control analysis, and statistical modeling. - Ability to effectively communicate insights with clarity and executive presence. - Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. - Possess analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, including analyzing large amounts of data and synthesizing key findings. - Demonstrate logical, structured thinking, and an affinity for statistical and numerical analysis. - Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Capable of managing multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Effective communication in English and the local office language. - Eligibility to work in the country of application and ability to apply for travel visas as needed. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in digital marketing, lifecycle campaigns, or customer analytics. - Exposure to GenAI tools for marketing insight generation or automation. - A master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Marketing, or a related field would be a plus.,
