• ITSM Implementation & Configuration

• Design, configure, and optimize ITSM workflows, modules, and processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, etc.).
• Customize ITSM tools to meet organizational and client-specific needs.

• Custom Application Development

• Develop custom applications or modules on ITSM platforms or integrate with external apps.
• Use technologies such as JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, Angular/React, or platform-specific tools (e.g., ServiceNow Studio).

• System Integration

• Design and implement integrations between ITSM platforms and third-party systems (HR, CRM, ERP, monitoring tools, etc.).
• Leverage REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and ETL tools for seamless data flow.

• Portal Development

• Build and maintain user-friendly self-service portals and dashboards.
• Customize front-end experiences using web development technologies and platform widgets.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with IT operations, developers, business analysts, and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment.
