Role Overview: You will be responsible for leveraging your experience as an ITSM Consultant to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and IT Service Management practices within the company. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities for improvement and optimize ITSM processes to drive business success. Your role will involve assessing current ITSM processes, identifying areas for enhancement based on ITIL best practices, and implementing strategies to optimize service delivery and management.
