Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT/Non-IT Recruiter, based in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. Day-to-day tasks include managing job postings, conducting initial candidate assessments, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also be involved in building relationships with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing skills
• Experience in Talent Acquisition for both IT and Non-IT roles
• Ability to manage Job Postings and Candidate Databases
• Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting Software
• Relevant experience in Recruitment or HR, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent Organizational and Time-Management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
