Knowledge of domestic travel destinations and services is a plus. Any degree in Travel and Tourism is recommended. Key Responsibilities Consulting with Clients: Assist clients in identifying travel preferences and goals, including budget, duration, and type of experience (e.g., adventure, relaxation, cultural). Provide personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation based on client needs and preferences. Offer advice on local events, festivals, and seasonal travel recommendations. Trip Planning & Itinerary Creation: Create customized itineraries for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their trip (flights, hotels, car rentals, excursions, etc.) align with their preferences and travel goals. Ensure that all necessary travel documents (e.g., bookings, confirmations) are organized and provided to clients ahead of time. Make recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local experiences to enhance the trip. Booking and Reservations: Handle reservations for domestic travel, including flights, trains, buses, hotels, tours, and other services. Manage payment processing and ensure that all bookings are confirmed and accurate. Communicate with suppliers to arrange accommodations and activities based on client requirements.
