Operation Manager Fixed Departure

As a Fixed Departure Tour Operation Manager, your role involves handling various responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of fixed departure tours. Your duties will include managing bookings received from sales offices and other channels, providing detailed travel information such as visa requirements, and coordinating travel operations to ensure seamless tour arrangements at hotels or assigned venues. Collaboration with different departments is essential to guarantee the efficient execution of services from the arrival to the departure of the tour group. In this role, you will also be responsible for addressing any unforeseen problems or complaints that may arise during the tour, as well as providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall travel experience for clients. Additionally, creating detailed itineraries and cost estimations for various destinations will be a crucial aspect of your job. To be successful in this position, a degree in leisure, travel, tourism, management, marketing, IT, business, languages, or hotel and catering management would be beneficial. Prior experience as a Fixed Departure Tour Executive for at least 3 years is required for this role. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.
