Operation Manager Fixed Departure

As a Fixed Departure Tour Operation Manager, your role involves handling various responsibilities to ensure smooth tour operations. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing bookings by handling travel inquiries and requests from sales offices and other channels - Providing travel information to customers, including details on visas and other travel requirements - Ensuring smooth tour arrangements by managing reservations and standby at hotels or assigned venues - Coordinating with other departments to ensure all services are executed smoothly from arrival to departure - Handling unforeseen problems and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction - Providing excellent customer service experience throughout the tour - Creating detailed itineraries and costing for different destinations Qualifications required for this role may include a degree in leisure, travel, tourism, management, marketing, IT, business, languages, or hotel and catering management. Please note that this is a full-time position and prior experience as a Fixed Departure Tour Executive for at least 3 years is required.
