We are looking for a Telecaller Executive with experience in visa processing or travel services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with visa inquiries, and providing travel-related solutions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding visa and travel services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about visa processing, travel packages, and other services. Guide customers through the visa application process and document requirements. Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth visa and travel booking process. Maintain a database of leads and customer interactions. Achieve monthly sales or service targets as assigned. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Package Consultant to manage domestic and international travel packages for both B2C (individual customers) and B2B (corporate clients and travel partners) . The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in travel sales. This role involves crafting customized itineraries, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:B2C (Direct Customer Sales): Understand individual client preferences, travel goals, and budgets for both domestic and international trips. Design personalized travel packages including flights, accommodations, transfers, activities, and travel insurance. Provide accurate information on destinations, visa processes, travel regulations, and safety guidelines. Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings, offering professional and friendly support. Upsell and cross-sell travel-related products and upgrades to increase revenue and enhance customer experience. B2B (Corporate & Agency Sales): Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators. Customize group travel and incentive tour packages based on partner requirements for domestic and international destinations. Source and negotiate rates with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other vendors to offer competitive pricing. Deliver timely proposals, itineraries, and booking confirmations to business partners. Act as the key point of contact for travel partners, ensuring smooth coordination and service delivery. Operational & Sales Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on travel trends, destination offerings, and emerging markets. Maintain accurate booking records, customer profiles, and transaction data. Resolve any service-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve and promote travel offerings. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic and/or international travel sales. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking tools, visa regulations, and supplier networks.
