Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to assist with maintaining and troubleshooting our bar’s IT systems. This is an opportunity ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Support and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems and security software.
Ensure smooth functioning of Wi-Fi, routers, and surveillance systems.
Assist staff with technical issues and provide IT support as needed.
Perform system updates, backups, and security checks.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Managing user accounts and access to systems.
Performing data backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and system troubleshooting.
Experience with POS systems and security cameras is a plus.
Ability to work independently and solve technical problems efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
