Job Description

An IT Support Engineer provides technical assistance and support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Key responsibilities include:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and printers.
Providing remote and on-site technical support to users.
Troubleshooting operating system, software, and network connectivity issues.
Managing user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
Ensuring proper system updates, antivirus, and backup management.
Coordinating with vendors for hardware repair or replacement.
Maintaining daily service and call logs.

Qualification & Skills:

Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.
Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic server handling.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+ are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
