Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving IT support requests from employees, answering their questions regarding computer systems, and gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems. You will also be changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues, generating sign-ins for new hires during the onboarding process, and installing new software and hardware drivers while updating existing ones as needed. Additionally, you will be updating employees on the status of their service requests and logging all service requests while updating tickets as needed.
