The primary focus of your role in an IT Support position is to ensure that the company's employees can effectively utilize software and hardware for their daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include resolving IT support requests from employees, addressing queries related to computer systems, analyzing data to identify and troubleshoot issues with computer systems, adjusting configurations and permissions to resolve computer problems, as well as creating sign-ins for new hires as part of the onboarding process. As a freelance jewelry design instructor for weekend workshops in Nungambakkam, Chennai, you will have the opportunity to lead engaging sessions focused on diamond and gemstone jewelry design. The ideal candidate for this role would have a background in jewelry design, gemology, or fine arts, experience with hand sketching, CAD tools, or prototyping, strong communication and mentoring skills, and the ability to adapt content for learners of varying skill levels. Familiarity with cultural symbolism or storytelling in design would be a bonus. You are an experienced and highly motivated WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultant with over 6 years of hands-on experience in Time & Attendance solutions, holding WFS configuration and Integration specialist certifications. You will play a crucial role in a dynamic team that delivers implementation, support, and enhancement services across large-scale workforce management platforms. Your expertise in both technical and functional aspects will be essential in thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end project activities such as requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper care for enhancement and implementation initiatives. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining detailed functional/technical specifications, test plans, training materials, and deployment documentation. Collaboration on integrations, data conversion, and reporting with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure timely and quality delivery. As a subject matter expert, you will act as a liaison across client stakeholders, technology partners, and internal teams to support delivery and continuous improvement. The required skills for this role include a minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing WorkForce software with configuration specialist certification PT102 and interface certification PT103.
