IT Support Technician

For our office in Mumbai, we are looking for an Indian resident to work closely with our local office, as well as help with the handling of tickets in our global helpdesk together with the rest of IT.

Responsibilities:

· Daily end user support – local and remote

· Ensure end users experience trouble-free IT usage

· Assist on internal IT projects and decision-making, and suggest improvements of the

IT system to make our offerings more efficient

· Typical work: Support a fleet of computers, handle user requests (Windows 11,

Office 365) and delegate/follow up ticket system, work with local suppliers

· Work with the global IT team to ensure success in our delivery

Qualifications:

· Bachelors and Maters degree in IT , CS with 5 + years of relevant IT experience.

· Intermediate IT education, skills and competence

· Fast learner with willingness to learn new products and technologies (we base near

all our services on Microsoft 365)

· Good English communication skills

· Service minded and proactive with a “Do it-attitude” in an environment where the

· Good social skills, being able work both in teams and on individual projects

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
