A Maintenance Technician Trainee in a plastics injection molding company is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair, and support of injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment. This entry-level position is designed for individuals starting their careers in industrial maintenance, providing hands-on training under the guidance of experienced technicians. The trainee will gradually develop technical skills needed to support smooth plant operations and machine reliability. Key Responsibilities: Machine Maintenance Support: Assist in routine preventive maintenance activities on injection molding machines (e.g., Haitian, Arburg, JSW), and learn to work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Auxiliary Equipment Support: Help in basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment such as mold temperature controllers (MTCs), dryers, chillers, compressors, and hot runner systems. Mold Setup Assistance: Support in mold changeovers, basic mold setup tasks, and ensure proper connection of cooling and heating lines. Electrical Learning Tasks: Observe and assist with basic electrical work like replacing sensors, inspecting heater bands, and simple panel wiring under supervision. Daily Machine Checks: Fill out daily checklist reports and report machine performance issues to senior technicians. Tools & Spare Management: Help organize tools and assist in tracking spare parts inventory in the maintenance store. Breakdown Assistance: Respond quickly to minor equipment issues, providing initial support before escalating to senior staff. Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free maintenance area. Learning & Development: Participate in technical training programs and on-the-job learning to build practical knowledge in troubleshooting and repair. Process Support: Contribute to continuous improvement activities aimed at reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability. HR cum Admin – Time Office Executive (1+ Year Experience in Manufacturing Industry) – Roles and Responsibilities An HR cum Admin – Time Office Executive in a manufacturing industry is responsible for managing employee attendance, supporting manpower coordination, and assisting in general administrative tasks. With 1 year of experience in time office operations, the candidate should be proficient in MS Office and have a good understanding of attendance systems and basic HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Attendance & Timekeeping: Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and shift schedules using biometric or manual systems. Manpower Coordination: Assist in tracking daily manpower availability, allocate workers to departments, and ensure manpower planning based on production requirements. Payroll Input Support: Prepare and verify attendance reports, OT data, and leave balances for payroll processing. MS Office Proficiency: Prepare reports, maintain employee databases, and generate MIS reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as required by HR/Admin management. Joining & Exit Formalities Support: Help in the documentation for new employee onboarding, ID card preparation, and basic exit procedures. Coordination with Departments: Act as a link between HR and other departments for timely communication of HR-related information like attendance, shift changes, and notices. Admin Support: Assist in managing office supplies, facility management tasks, and general administrative work within the plant or office premises. Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital records of employee files, attendance logs, and administrative documentation. Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to basic labor laws related to attendance, working hours, and holidays, and assist in audit readiness. Employee Support: Address employee queries related to attendance, leaves, and administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
