Provide technical support and maintenance for barcode printers, scanners, networking equipment, and production line reporting tools. Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and backups to keep IT infrastructure up to date and resilient. Document issues, solutions, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support new IT implementations and resolve escalated technical issues. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and licenses , ensuring proper tracking and renewal. Conduct user training and support for IT systems, applications, and devices as needed.
