Tool Room Manager

Job Description:
Experienced Tool Room Manager with 9 years in tool maintenance and development, specializing in Tandem, Progressive, Compound tools, and Transfer lines. Proven ability to manage end-to-end tool room activities ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in handling and maintaining Progressive, Tandem, Compound tools and Transfer line tools.
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory for high, medium, and slow-runner tools.
• Prepare and analyze monthly trend reports for MTTR, MTBF, and machine online hours.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for tooling systems.
• Track tool life using Tool History Cards and perform daily monitoring.
• Execute ECN changes based on customer specifications and documentation standards.
• Perform periodic tool maintenance per internal and audit requirements (IATF).
• Eliminate online corrections through horizontal deployment and proactive problem solving.
• Modify and strengthen tools for optimal production performance and stability.
• Analyze and validate new tool trials and modifications to existing tools.
• Maintain complete tool room documentation as per IATF 16949 requirements.
• Implement Poka-Yoke systems in tools to prevent operator errors.
• Drive yield improvement in progressive and blanking tools.
• Select and apply suitable coatings to improve tool life and reduce wear.
• Conduct root cause analysis to achieve 100% First Time Through (FTT) by implementing permanent corrective actions.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
