Role Overview You are sought after by TripXL to be part of the Destination Management team as an Executive / Senior Executive for Holiday Product & Listings. This role is ideal for a bright graduate from a reputed Travel & Tourism institute, preferably a fresher or with up to 1 year of experience. You are required to have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in computers and MS Office tools. Your responsibilities will involve supporting day-to-day operations related to itinerary creation, package publishing, deal comparison, market research, and live product management in a digital travel marketplace setup. Key Responsibilities - Assist in designing engaging holiday itineraries and experience-based packages for various destinations - Upload and manage holiday content, package elements, FAQs, and destination details across systems - Conduct competitive analysis and deal benchmarking across OTAs and supplier platforms - Track and maintain costing parity, rate intelligence, and seasonal inventory shifts - Perform real-time web research on destinations, visa rules, travel trends, and price movements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality product listings and presentation - Maintain and update live inventory dashboards, rate sheets, and package records - Support daily tasks involving Excel calculations, content formatting, and offer tracking - Create basic client-facing materials and internal briefs using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Qualification Required - Must be a Graduate or Diploma-holder in Travel & Tourism (Aviation profiles not eligible) - High academic performance is mandatory with strong grades or merit ranking - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web navigation tools - 1 year of relevant experience in travel operations, e-commerce, or product coordination is preferred - Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt to structured workflows - Male candidates are preferred with willingness to relocate to Siliguri for a full-time role Why Join TripXL You will experience fast-track growth in a startup backed by legacy travel expertise like AIRIQ and Udaan Hotels.
