Travel Consultant

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating domestic and international travel packages. Handling client inquiries and providing customized travel solutions will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will arrange accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, and activities, while negotiating with hotels, airlines, and transport providers for the best rates. It is essential to stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and industry developments to deliver high-quality services. Resolving customer issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction will be crucial. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to promote travel packages is also expected. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. A strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour planning, and itinerary creation is necessary. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for effective interaction with clients. Proficiency in using travel booking software and CRM tools is required. Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ability to commute or relocate to Tirur, Kerala, is necessary for this role.
