Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for clients post-booking, addressing inquiries, managing preferences, and collecting feedback to enhance tour experiences continually. Your role will also involve overseeing the on-ground execution of tours, handling unforeseen issues or emergencies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends. Financial management, including budgeting and cost control for tours, will be part of your responsibilities. You will also ensure all tour-related documentation is accurately prepared and distributed while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in tour operations, preferably within the travel or photography industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are essential.
