Tour Executive

As a Tour Executive at our company, located in Noida, your primary responsibility will be to plan tours, manage guided tours, organize tour itineraries, and ensure smooth tour operations. This role involves a high level of customer interaction and requires excellent communication skills. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Plan tours and create tour itineraries - Manage guided tours and ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinate with stakeholders to organize tour logistics - Ensure smooth tour operations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise Qualifications Required: - Experience in Tour Planning and Tour Management - Proficiency in organizing Itineraries and conducting Guided Tours - Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Knowledge of travel industry software and tools would be advantageous - A Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred Please note that this role is based in Noida and requires full-time on-site presence.,
