ITIL Operations Analysis Specialist

NTT DATA is looking for an ITIL Operations Analysis Specialist to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the ITIL Service Management capability for Service Design, Introduction, and Transition. Your role will involve championing ITIL control processes such as Problem, Change, Release, and Configuration Management to ensure successful outcomes aligned with corporate and operational objectives. You will be accountable for delivering and managing the service delivery improvement plan, effectively managing risks and issues. Your responsibilities will also include supporting organizational changes through clear communication and coordination across all levels. Additionally, you may need to deputize for the Head of Service Delivery when required. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of Service Management experience and a strong background in implementing end-to-end ITIL Service Management framework. You should possess in-depth knowledge of Service Design & Transition, Major Incident Management, Problem, Change & Release Management, Disaster Recovery & Continuous Service Improvement Management. Experience with ServiceNow and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to make sound decisions, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of ITIL Service Management best practices, managing the transition of new services into business as usual, leading service reviews, and designing disaster recovery processes. You will also be responsible for optimizing Service Management processes, ensuring effective delivery, and driving continuous improvement through automation and analytics. The ideal candidate should hold a Degree Level education and be an ITIL Service Management V3 Expert.
