Role Overview: As an ITIL Operations Analysis Specialist at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will lead the ITIL Service Management capability for Service Design, Introduction, and Transition. Your role will involve championing ITIL control processes such as Problem, Change, Release, and Configuration Management to ensure successful outcomes aligned with corporate and operational objectives. You will be responsible for delivering and managing the service delivery improvement plan, effectively managing risks and issues, and supporting organizational changes through clear communication and coordination across all levels.
