ITIL Operations Analysis Specialist

As an ITIL Operations Analysis Specialist at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will play a crucial role in leading the ITIL Service Management capability for Service Design, Introduction, and Transition. Your responsibilities will involve championing ITIL control processes such as Problem, Change, Release, and Configuration Management to ensure successful outcomes aligned with corporate and operational objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering and managing the service delivery improvement plan - Effectively managing risks and issues - Supporting organizational changes through clear communication and coordination across all levels - Deputizing for the Head of Service Delivery when required To excel in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 8 years of Service Management experience - Strong background in implementing end-to-end ITIL Service Management framework - In-depth knowledge of Service Design & Transition, Major Incident Management, Problem, Change & Release Management, Disaster Recovery & Continuous Service Improvement Management - Experience with ServiceNow and excellent communication skills - Ability to make sound decisions, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with stakeholders Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing the implementation of ITIL Service Management best practices - Managing the transition of new services into business as usual - Leading service reviews and designing disaster recovery processes - Optimizing Service Management processes, ensuring effective delivery, and driving continuous improvement through automation and analytics The ideal candidate should hold a Degree Level education and be an ITIL Service Management V3 Expert.
