Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-12 years of experience to join our team as an ITIL L3 Production Support specialist in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, with a basic understanding of Service first and project management principles.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in change payload from service and coordinate with stakeholders to capture relevant information.
Coordinate tracking activities and information across multiple teams.
Support the preparation of documentation, presentations, meeting minutes, and forward views.
Attend Stability and Governance meetings and deliver results.
Understand tools like Excel, PPT, JIRA, and other relevant software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production support.

Job Requirements

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Basic understanding of Service first and project management principles.
Understanding of SDLC and its applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with tools like Excel, PPT, JIRA, and other relevant software.
