About the Role

Were seeking an experienced IT Change Manager with a strong IT background to own the end-to-end change lifecycle. Youll ensure structured, low-risk execution of IT changes by leveraging ITIL best practices, stakeholder coordination, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full change lifecycle: intake, classification, risk assessment, approval, scheduling, implementation, validation, and closure.
Integrate change activities with incident, problem, release, risk, and service request processes.
Perform impact and risk assessments, defining rollback strategies and mitigation plans.
Ensure alignment with SLAs and service request fulfillment, maintaining stakeholder communication throughout the process.
Use ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, BMC) to log and track all change records and dashboards.
Enforce adherence to change policies and audit compliance.
Monitor change metricslead time, failure rates, rework—and drive process enhancement.

Skills & Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in IT change management or closely related ITIL practices (incident/problem/release).
Solid foundation in ITIL frameworks, especially Change Management.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, BMC, HP Service Manager, ITSM).
Excellent communication skills—comfortable running CABs, aligning technical & business stakeholders.
Positive, collaborative “can-do” attitude, always solution-oriented.
Preferred ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
