Qualifications

• Diploma (Electrical Engineering) or ITI Electrician certification
• Experience: 0–2 years in electrical installation or maintenance
• Freshers with ITI are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, switches, sockets, lights, motors, and control panels
• Perform both breakdown and preventive maintenance
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical setups to identify faults or wear
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in circuits, panels, and wiring using basic tools (e.g., multimeter, megger)
• Maintain accurate records of daily tasks, materials used, and maintenance activities
• Ensure the proper operation and cleanliness of all electrical assets at the site
• Strictly follow all safety procedures, including PPE usage and lockout/tagout practices
• Assist senior electricians during large-scale installations or repairs

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
• Ability to read simple circuit diagrams and wiring layouts
• Proficient in using electrical tools and testing devices
• Awareness of fire safety and electrical safety standards
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to different project sites across Odisha
• Physically fit — able to stand, climb, and lift as required
• Flexible to work overtime or attend emergency call-outs
