As well as end-to-end delivery in BAU operations. Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting using sophisticated tools is essential. Strong skills on scripting knowledge along with extensive experience in asset and software reporting across various data projection versions. Strong hands on experience in Cetero tool for Asset and Software inventory maintenance. Strong communication and client interaction skills are required along with the ability to develop self-automated delivery processes and implement robust governance and best practices.
