Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Italian Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, specializing in authentic Italian cuisine. The role involves managing the culinary team, designing traditional and modern Italian menus, ensuring consistent quality, maintaining high hygiene standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations with a focus on authentic Italian cuisine.
  • Design and update menus, incorporating both traditional recipes and contemporary Italian trends.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain top performance.
  • Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards of taste, quality, and appearance.
  • Source fresh, high-quality ingredients, with an emphasis on Italian produce and seasonal availability.
  • Control kitchen costs, manage inventory, and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to plan events, seasonal specials, and promotions.
  • Maintain a positive and efficient work environment within the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef specializing in Italian cuisine.
  • In-depth knowledge of authentic Italian dishes, regional specialties, sauces, and pasta-making.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen budgeting, food costing, and inventory management.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Creativity and passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
