Contingent Workforce Program Manager

Vendor Management System (VMS)

What You Will Do

• Manage and govern the end-to-end lifecycle of IT contractors (request, onboarding, timesheets, extensions, offboarding)
• Own and administer the

  VMS

  (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, or Coupa)

• Define and enforce

  policies, SOPs, and governance standards

• Ensure

  rate cards

  are followed and manage exceptions
• Monitor supplier performance using

  scorecards, SLAs, and reviews

• Track and report on

  headcount, spend, compliance, and savings

• Identify risks (co-employment, access, compliance) and work with partners to mitigate them
• Drive process improvements and standard ways of working

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing

  IT contingent workforce or VMO programs

• Hands-on experience owning or administering a

  VMS

• Strong understanding of

  vendor governance, rate management, and compliance

• Experience working with

  Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT teams

• Ability to build clear reports and dashboards (Excel)
• Comfortable working

  US business hours

Nice to Have

• VMS implementation or expansion experience
• Experience with global/offshore vendors
• Knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, and commercial models
• Process improvement or Lean experience
