Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience supporting end-user computing environments (onsite and remote).
  • Proficient in ServiceNow incident management.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365/2019 troubleshooting.
  • Experience with PXE, SCCM, hardware upgrades (RAM, SSDs, keyboards).
  • Familiarity with printer/scanner troubleshooting and network basics (router/switch/WiFi).
  • Proven ability in AV setup and support for meeting rooms.
  • Strong customer orientation: clear instructions, step-by-step guidance, user training.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with internal users and external vendors.
  • Experience in knowledge-base documentation and continuous improvement of technical articles.
  • Flexibility for regular business hours support plus occasional after-hours NSSRs and events.
  • Travel Required
