IT Technical Support Executive

We have an Urgent opening for “IT-Technical Support Executive” for our organization Indian Chain Pvt. Ltd. for Kolkata, Bhowanipore location.

Scope of Work: technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and network issues, which involves configuring, installing, and maintaining systems and devices. Key duties also include troubleshooting problems, responding to service requests, and ensuring data security.

Important: Candidate must have core knowledge and technical degree.

· Provide technical assistance: Respond to user requests for help with hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in person.

· Install and configure systems: Set up new hardware, software, and user accounts. This includes workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

· Maintain and troubleshoot systems: Monitor system performance, diagnose and solve problems, and perform repairs or replacements of faulty components.

· Ensure security: Help maintain data security and implement security measures.

· Support upgrades and new applications: Assist with the rollout of new software and system upgrades.

· Document issues: Track and manage support requests, create tickets, and document technical processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Technical skills: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. Experience with different operating systems, like Windows and Mac, is often required.

· Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently. Time manage skill is extremely required.

· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.

· Support service: Ability to work with users in a helpful and patient manner.

· Organizational skills: Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues effectively.

Education/Certifications:

· Candidate must have graduation degree in a related field and certifications on the specific subject.

· BCA/MCA is mandatory.

· Good education background will be a plus.

· Should have learning and professional attitude.

· Must have the idea of new technical things.

*Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
