Job Description

Design and develop code applications to technical and functional programming standards. Provide prime assistance toward application releases installation into production under given direction. Coordinate and involve in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs. Plan and implement every needed process steps as defined in methodologies. Present application and technical support as necessary at right time. Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to think creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment Based on business needs design of state machine diagram and activity diagram using RSA to invoke specific event and action that allow workflow to reach particular state. Development of message flow in IBM IIB such as actions, inbound/outbound mappers as per FSM diagrams that will constitute FTM operation. Installation and configuration FTM that includes configuration of WAS, IIB, DB2 and Rational Software Architect Expertise in Linux and Mainframe based FTM solutions.Banking & Finance Domain Experience Experience working in agile projects, preferably Scaled Agile (SAFe)
