Required Skills & Experience 2-5 years of hands-on experience supporting end-user computing environments (onsite and remote). Proficient in ServiceNow incident management. Deep knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365/2019 troubleshooting. Experience with PXE, SCCM, hardware upgrades (RAM, SSDs, keyboards). Familiarity with printer/scanner troubleshooting and network basics (router/switch/WiFi). Proven ability in AV setup and support for meeting rooms. Strong customer orientation: clear instructions, step-by-step guidance, user training. Effective communication skills and ability to work with internal users and external vendors. Experience in knowledge-base documentation and continuous improvement of technical articles. Flexibility for regular business hours support plus occasional after-hours NSSRs and events. Travel Required Immediate Joiners
