Experience Required: 6 months to 3 years Location: [Bangalore , Near Race Course Road - WFO Employment Type: Full-time Job Discription : We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Analyst with hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment , specifically for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles with MNC clients . The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the IT hiring landscape, quick turnaround times, and strong stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding. Handle C2H hiring mandates for various IT technologies and skill sets . Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and social platforms. Conduct initial screening , schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates from interview to joining. Maintain an updated tracker for all open positions and candidate pipelines. Ensure timely closure of mandates with quality profiles. Required Skills: 0.6 to 3 years of recruitment experience , preferably in an agency or MNC support environment. Mandatory experience in C2H hiring for IT roles . Good understanding of IT skill sets and terminologies (Java, .NET, SAP, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering Technologies etc.). Experience working with ATS systems or recruitment CRMs is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Nice to Have: Experience working with MNC or global clients . Familiarity with compliance and onboarding processes for C2H candidates. Recruitment certifications or HR training programs.
